Who is CA?
CA (Certificate authority) is a legitimate authority who issue SSL certificate to organization or applicant after going through a stringent verification process. However, verification process may vary as per validation process. VeriSign, Thawte, GeoTrust, RapidSSL, Comodo, Entrust, DigiCert are SSL Certificate Authority and provide different types of SSL certificate products.

What is CSR key?

What is 2048-bit RSA key?
According to NIST and CA/B forum, it is compulsory to adopt 2048-bit RSA key, which is designed to make your online security stronger. What to do my SSL does not work?

What is Free SSL certificate?
Free SSL is also called Trial certificate and many certificate authorities and vendors provide it on trial base as it makes you known about the SSL functions including CSR generation, order SSL. Please note that Free SSL certificate is only for trial basis, as it does not include any warranty and generally issued for limited period specified by CAs. After completing one month, you have to subscribe for paid SSL certificate.
What is Wildcard Certificate?
Wildcard helps to secure unlimited sub domains with a single SSL certificate. You have to purchase certificate for a single domain and the rest sub domains get security cover with it.
